Availability/Booking
Please check availability on our calendar above. Bookings are usually taken from Sunday to Sunday. Rentals are from 4pm on your arrival date and we ask that you vacate the property by 10am the following Sunday. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days/times as we do try to accommodate all requests.
Prices are shown in Swiss Francs; payments to be made in Swiss francs (Chf) by bank transfer please.
Included in the price:
The price shown for the week includes quality bed linen and towels for up to 8 people. Extra bedding is charged at Chf 25 per single bed. The price also includes the cleaning of the chalet, although we do ask that you leave the chalet tidy.
To confirm a reservation a 25% deposit will be required with the full sum due 8 weeks before departure.
Electricity is charged locally at 0.3 Chf per Kw. At the start and at the end of your stay we will read the electricity meter, payment in cash on departure please.
Tourist tax is payable in cash at the start of your holiday.
Please note that Epic Pass, Grand Valira, Sierra Nevada, Mt Ruapehu, Wanlong and Bansko ski pass holders will be charged a supplement when they book to stay at one of our rental properties. There is no supplement to stay at Chalet La Luge.
Firewood is available (to be paid locally) please indicate if required on your booking form.
On arrival we take credit card details as security in case of damage to contents &/or the chalet, or if excessive cleaning is necessary.

Spring/Summer/Autumn
The chalet is available for rent year-round. The mountains are a beautiful, green, flowery & tranquil place to be in the spring and summer, in the autumn the colours of the trees make a stunning backdrop.
***VIP Pass*** Play again and again and again ! All visitors to La Tzoumaz are required to pay tourist tax and in return you receive your VIP Pass (summer only), which gives free pedestrian access to some of the lifts, 50% reduction with your bike and various other discounts on activities etc. Full info here : VIP pass
The village of La Tzoumaz boasts several children’s play areas – trampoline, table tennis etc in the central square, zip wire and other climbing frames just on the hillside beside this and extended Espace Nature, where there’s loads of fun things to do, along with the Maison de la Foret with another play area and mountain animal and wood exhibition, a lovely cafe, buy cheese made on the farm from the cows you’ll see grazing on the mountain pastures, lots of walking & hiking routes, mountain biking for the more energetic, time for relaxing outside, local vineyards for wine tasting (the wines of Valais are mostly unknown, but well worth getting to know!) and always with stunning views everywhere.

Chalet Rosablanche is ready for your summer holidays with outdoor dining table, recliners, benches and chairs, along with the essential BBQ!
Summer pricing is very simple:
Chf 1500 for a weekly rental; discounts on 2 week bookings; includes cleaning at the end of your stay
Chf 25 per person for bedding and towels (if 1 person takes a double bed, then the charge will be Chf 50 due to laundry charges).
Electricity used during your stay is charged separately when you leave, calculated from the meter readings taken on arrival and again on departure.

Accommodation and Description
Chalet Rosablanche is a wonderful, 4-bedroom chalet, sleeping 8 people, ideal for families or groups of friends. Well furnished, lovely linen and towels, a new hot water system, a large flat garden, it is a perfect chalet for both summer sun and winter sports holidays.
It is in a quiet area with spectacular views, yet convenient for local shops and restaurants. It is a short free bus ride from the slopes and high-speed gondola affording direct access to Verbier, the whole of the 4 Vallees and of course, the quieter slopes of La Tzoumaz.
The chalet is on 2 floors with underfloor heating throughout:
Ground Floor –
Entrance hallway – with area for boot storage, the underfloor heating will ensure that they are warm and dry
Large open plan living room – with fabulous wood burning fireplace, large L-shaped leather sofa, flat screen TV with international channels, DVD player and music system.
Dining – Enjoy the fantastic mountain views from the round dining table, plenty of space for 8 or more
Kitchen – Fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, teapot, and full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and hand-basin
Utility – Clothes washer /dryer, iron and board, vacuum cleaner
First Floor –
Bedroom 1 – Master Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rail, 2 bedside tables, double doors to balcony with fantastic views
Bedroom 2 – 2nd double bedroom with built-in wardrobe with shelving and hanging rail, double doors to balcony with same fantastic views
Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds, chest of drawers and bedside table
Bedroom 4 – Twin single beds, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside table, some restricted height
Bathroom – Bathroom with bath, shower over, recently updated with shower screen, WC and hand-basin
Outside – Solid wood garden table, folding chairs, BBQ. Lovely patio and large flat lawn for relaxing in the summer sun.

“After a few Summer-stays at chalet Rosablanche, we’re still very pleased with this chalet which is located nearby the village centre. The 4 comfortable bedrooms allow us easily to sleep with 6. What we love the most: the dining room, the peacefulness and the fact that you can eat outside while you admire the wonderful mountains and views. The chalet is well-equipped and so tidy! The service is excellent: the beds are made and you can order a meal if you don’t want to cook. The only thing you have to get used to, is to come and go from the chalet. There’s only one parking space and it’s sometimes tricky to come out of it.
As for La Tzoumaz, we’re quite fond of this charming village with a very family-friendly atmosphere! The resort which is expanding a lot the past few years offers a great number of services and leisure: playgrounds, a pool, a tennis court, pony riding, several walks etc…They are very nice at the Tourist Office and they advise you on a lot of day-trips of any kind: hiking, castles, the lake of Geneva etc…
Although there is only one grocery shop, it has been recently expanded and you can find there almost everything you need. Otherwise you can also go to bigger shops in the valley or to Verbier by road or by telecabine.
For us coming to La Tzoumaz is just perfect with 4 children…everyone finds his happiness in this relatively small resort: nature, hiking, sport, fabulous views are at the centre of our amazing holidays!”
