Please check availability on our calendar above. Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday. Rentals are from 4pm on your arrival date and we ask that you vacate the property by 10am the following Saturday. Please contact us if you would like to arrive outside of these days/times as we do try to accommodate all requests.
Prices are shown in Swiss Francs; payments to be made in Swiss francs (Chf) by bank transfer.

Included in the price:
The price shown for the week includes quality bed linen and towels for up to 5 people.  If you would like to use the 6th bed, then there is a charge of Chf 25 to cover the laundry costs. The price also includes WiFi, the underfloor heating and the cleaning of the apartment, although we do ask that you leave the chalet tidy.
Tourist tax is payable in Swiss cash at check-in.  Chf 2.50 per adult per night, Chf 1.25 per child aged 6 – 15, younger children are free.

To confirm a reservation a 25% deposit will be required with the full sum due 8 weeks before departure.

Tourist tax is payable in cash at the start of your holiday.

On arrival we take credit card details as security in case of damage to contents &/or the apartment, or if excessive cleaning is necessary.

Please note that Epic Pass, Grand Valira, Sierra Nevada, Mt Ruapehu, Wanlong and Bansko and any other partner resort ski pass holders will be charged a supplement when they book to stay at one of our rental properties. There is no supplement to stay at Chalet La Luge.

The apartment is also available for rent in the summer months. The mountains are a beautiful, green, flowery & calm place to be in the summer.  The apartment has a wonderful terrace, plenty of room for everyone for playing as well as relaxing and eating.  There is a BBQ, a large table to seat at least 10, and another which seats 6.  The terrace gets both morning and afternoon sunshine.
***VIP Pass*** Play again and again and again ! All visitors to La Tzoumaz are required to pay tourist tax and in return you receive your VIP Pass (summer only), which gives free pedestrian access to some mountain lifts, 50% reduction with your bike and various other discounts on activities etc. Current details here : Guest Card VIP pass
The village of La Tzoumaz boasts several children’s play areas – trampoline, table tennis etc in the central square, zip wire and other climbing frames just on the hillside beside this and the Maison de la Foret with another play area and mountain animal exhibition, a lovely cafe, buy cheese made on the farm from the cows you’ll see grazing on the mountain pastures, lots of walking & hiking routes, mountain biking for the more energetic, time for relaxing outside, visiting local small producers for wine tasting, and always with stunning views all around. We are always pleased to supply information or suggest things to do and places to visit.
Apartment #2 has a huge decked terrace of 120m2, with fantastic 270 degree views. Morning sunshine for breakfast al fresco, and sun (or shade) throughout the day thanks to the terrace on 3 sides of the apartment. There is a BBQ, 2 tables, space for at least 12, sun loungers and chairs to relax in.
Summer pricing is very simple:
Chf 1500 for a weekly rental; discounts on 2 week bookings; includes cleaning at the end of your stay
Tourist tax must be paid

Accommodation and Description

This wonderful spacious apartment of 97m2 is situated on the 1st floor of the Matins St Laurent building, with fabulous views stretching across 270 degrees. For summer holidays the wrap-around terrace, of approx 120m2 provides both sunshine and shade throughout the day.
Ski in / ski out access thanks to the private funicular which runs direct from the apartment building to the piste above.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout:
Entrance hall – Hooks and shelves for your jackets and shoes. Separately there are warm air ski boot warmers.
Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen – electric ceramic hob, proper oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine (Philips Senseo).  Quality utensils, crockery and cutlery. Granite worktop. Cupboard island for more storage topped with solid wooden worktop.
Dining – A heavy solid wooden table, 3 m long and big enough for 12, with chairs and benches for lovely family meals
Living space – A large L-shape sofa and animal skin stools provide seating for everyone to relax, in front of the TV and fireplace. (Please note your firewood order on your booking form)
Fast Wifi; Smart TV; speaker unit with iPod dock, CD, USB connection, Bluetooth and radio
Bedroom 1 – A 180cm super-king double bed with bedside tables, and large wardrobes.  Double glass doors to the terrace.
En-suite bathroom 1 – Bath, shower over, basin, WC, shelving, mirror and light above
Bedroom 2 – Double kingsize bed (160cm) with single bunk (90cm) above.  Pull out single bed (90cm)
En-suite shower room 2 – Large shower cubicle, double-width basin, WC, shelving, mirror and light above
Parking – There is 1 assigned underground covered parking space
Outside – The wooden decked terrace is 120 m2 providing both sun and shade throughout the day.  BBQ for al fresco dining, along with the necessary furniture, including sun beds.
Other – Access to the communal washing machine and dryer.
