Mini, with her experience of cooking for millionaires on their yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean will use locally sourced ingredients, where possible, to provide imaginative seasonal menus.
Vegetarian, special diets (gluten free, lactose free etc) and children’s preferences properly and nutritionally provided for.
To set you up for the day, breakfast is a hearty and healthy experience. We serve breakfast to you on all 7 days, always with a cooked option. Your choice includes English style with eggs and bacon, toast, porridge, cereals, dried fruits and seeds, fruit juices, yogurts, homemade jams.
Homemade cakes or biscuits are provided every day of the week. Tea (proper english tea!), fruit and herbal infusions, coffee and hot chocolate ready for you to help yourselves to which will stave off hunger pangs after the day’s activities.
After the exertions of the day you will be served a handsome 5 course dinner. Expertly prepared with fresh local produce and beautifully presented. Good house wines are carefully selected to accompany each meal.

Take a break from the cooking and shopping when you’re on holiday! We provide 2 course meals freshly prepared by Mini, a professional chef. The menus have been designed so all you have to do is put them in the oven to reheat. Instructions provided.
Tired from your journey? Why not order meals for your arrival night, ready and waiting in the fridge, deliciously hot by the time you’ve had a well-deserved ‘apero’. Cheaper than eating out, and no fuss, just the plates to put in the dishwasher!

The meals arrived in perfect containers to heat with clear instructions (which was very grateful after a day on the slopes). The food was gorgeous using quality fresh ingredients and plenty of fish in the fish pie. When the meal arrived our first thoughts were whether there would be enough to go round.
If I had to be really critical I would suggest maybe a few extra vegetables. The lovely apricot bread and butter pudding finished off the meal well. It was truly delicious and would go well also with a little custard/cream or ice cream.
